LOVE...is everything.
This is our beloved Delilah. She is only 2 1/2 years old, a small Boxer mix who was rescued from down south. She has had her blood work-up by a Board Certified Veterinary Neurologist, thanks to a previous Chip-In set up by the rescue that sent her north. NOW, we have adjusted her meds, but because she still has seizures, Dr. Bishop wants to do further testing to rule out all other causes of the seizures. We cannot afford to do this without your help! Please donate whatever you can so that we can get Delilah to that very special doctor and find out what is going on inside her head (aside from the dreams of bones raining from the skies). Welcome Home Sanctuary Inc. was first incorprorated in 2002 and gained it's IRS 501[c][3] non-profit status in 2004. Our Mission in part is to provide LifeTime Sanctuary to ElderAnimals and Special Needs Animals; to provide Hospice care when necessary; to be there when end-of-life decisions must be made and to make certain that no animal dies alone and afraid in the hands of strangers; to provide our Elders and Special Needs with premium foods, natural supplements and quality veterinary care combining all modalites of Western, Eastern and alternative healing. We strive to create a new paradigm of 'sheltering' for these animals who are often the ones who 'fall through the cracks' of the public and private shelter systems in the United States. WHSInc. admits all breeds and species of companion animals. We rely solely on contributions from the private sector and on grants from friendly foundations. Without this support, WHSInc. could not survive.
